A meal is a celebration of taste, with local, fresh ingredients mixed with traditional recipes, creating delicious and elegant dishes.    

Your host, Chef Andrew, has 30 years of experience as a Certified Culinarian Chef, graduated from the Cordon Bleu Culinary School, and loves to blend history with modern taste.  Chef Andrew has developed his own cuisine type, which he calls 'sophisticated rustic', where flavors from across the world, old and new, are embraced and brought to the table, creating taste and originality.  He credits a lot of his experience to having been a Firefighter Chef for much of those 30 years, as a Firefighter himself, where he had to figure out from the very first day how to feed hungry, hard working Firefighters, who were also some of the pickiest eaters in the world.  Throughout the years as a Firefighter, Chef Andrew also had the opportunity and pleasure to be working in several restaurants, both in California and Nevada, as well as owning his own restaurant in California.

Always included, different from day to day, with a menu selection that is as delectable and varied, as it is appetizing. Not just one dish, but a plephora of choices, like this very popular Chili Verde Omelette, with Scalloped Potatoes, and other delicious surprises that will delight your palate and your tummy!

Dinner with your hosts on Saturdays:

Chef Andrews's elegant seven course Tapas Style dinners are a trip around the world! It can be a romantic dinner for two, or with friends. Our Tapas style dinners delight your palate with seven different courses, the last one being a delicious dessert prepared by Chef Marina.  The menu changes ... every week! Cost of dinner is separate from your room charge.

To delight your sweet tooth, Baking and Pastry Chef Marina will create all of your breakfast delights, desserts, cookies and cakes! Chef Marina owns "Simple Sweets Bakery", right here in Geneva, NY, at 93 Castle Street. A graduate of the International Art Institute of Las Vegas in Baking and Pastry, Chef Marina went to work for an international restaurant in Las Vegas, where she gained experience and knowledge, reinforcing her dream of owning her own bakery.  If you wish to order something special for your stay call Simple Sweets Bakery at 315-759-3382 or via e-mail at mysimplesweetsbakery@gmail.com. Orders must be placed two weeks prior to arrival.
